Sorry for the error. I accidentally placed my critiques here rather than recipes.
- Hearts of Palm Soup-very flavorful, attractive color, smooth and creamy texture, nice garnish. Tastes a lot like artichokes when finished.
- Mushroom Ceviche-nice amount of heat(spiciness),strong acid profile,good overall texture, nice knife cuts
- Chicken in Nut and Dried Shrimp Sauce-Nice textures, a bit too much lime, chicken was well cooked. Weird flavor profiles, I didn't care for the shrimp and chicken combo.
- Rice Flour Puddin'-Perfect flavor, nice smooth consistency. Has to be cooked on low for a long time to get rid of the grittiness from the rice flour. If moisture leaves, add milk or cream to add moistness.
- Shredded Kale-good flavor on the kale, was still crunchy a bit, can be cooked a bit more to resemble that of greens.
- Tomato and Onion Salad-Tooo much acid, could use sugar to counteract the acidity, nice cuts on the vegetables
- Crepes with Dulce de Leche Sauce-Well cooked, great flavors,great dulcet de leche, nice nuts(toasting), creative garnish. Had issues with grinding nuts fine enough in spice grinder, try pre chopping ahead of time.
