- Country Style Terrine-decent flavor, hard to get over the idea of eating cold meats in this form, may just be mental
- Duck Terrine-not bad flavor wise
- Veal Terrine Gratin Style-my favorite out of these, pleasant flavor and texture
- Chicken Galantine-needed more seasoning, good chicken flavor but salt would have made much better,
