- Poblano and Potato Soup-Nice silky texture, nice amount of cheese, great seasoning, excellent flavor, nice pepper flavor.
- Marinated Grilled Quail on Spinach Salad-Peppers needed to be roasted, a bit more time on grill for quail, thicker chiffonade of spinach.
- Pumpkins Seed-Crusted Trout-Nice sear on corn, great flavor of veggies, nice crust on fish, a bit over on bottom however, great flavor and moistness of fish. Work on amount of veggies with protein.
- Calabacitas con Maize-Great flavor and cuts of veggies.
- Tres Leches Cake-Nice texture, soaked up liquid well, nice color, nice amount of sweetness. Less sugar in whipped cream.
- Grilled Vegetable Gazpacho-Texture was too thick, less breadcrumbs, liked the garnish.
- Spicy Pork Empanadas-Well cooked crust, great flavor of pork, nice amount of spiciness, nice plating.
- Marinated Dried Bean Salad Colorado-Well cooked beans, nice dressing, well plated, very flavorful.
- Lamb Shoulder, Red Chile Marinade, and Cilantro Pesto-Very flavorful lamb, meat could have been a bit thinner to incorporate the pesto more, nice marinade, lamb was a bit overcooked on pieces, pesto tasted great, well plated.
- Jalapeno Preserves-Great flavor, loved the sweet and spicy combo, great consistency.
- Broccoli with Candied Pecans-Well cooked broccoli, nice candy coating on nuts, nice roasting of nuts, very flavorful
- Fingerlings with Parsley-Basil Dressing-Well cooked potatoes, would have like bigger pieces, great flavor, dressing was great, nice citrus flavor
- Lemon Chess Pie-Excellent flavor, set up perfectly, beautiful presentation, nice garnish with whipped cream
