- Char Siu-good flavor on the meat, nice glaze,good color on the glazed meat
- Char Sui Bau-good flavor on the filling,wrapper was a bit to dense, should be lighter
- Steamed Whole Fish-nice flavor profile, nice scoring to the skin, nice use of the oil at the end
- Stir-Fried Squid with Fermented Black Bean Paste-good flavors, squid could be cut a bit smaller
- Buddha's Delight-excellent flavor especially for a vegetarian dish, good recipe to use again
- Fried Chicken- Hong Kong Style-well cooked chicken, could use a bit more browning on exterior
