- Warm Scallop Salad with Tomato, Mint, and Lime Dressing- Well cooked scallop, a bit more sear would've been nice, well plated, smaller cuts on jicama, great flavor overall, nice amount of dressing
- Fried Fennel- Great fennel flavor, nice color to the crust, oil needed to be a bit hotter to insure crispiness of batter, nice seasoning on fennel
- Creamed Spinach- Great color of spinach, great cuts on spinach, nice amount of sauce, great flavor and seasoning
- Sauteed Duck Breast with Port Wine Reduction- Nice thin cuts of duck breast, well cooked meat, just gorgeous, nice flavor in the reduction, sauce needed to be a bit thicker through reduction, more skin wanted on breast
- Monterey Jack and Green Chile Polenta- WOW!, nice portion size, great cheese on top, great poblano flavor, nice herbal flavor notes
- Caesar Salad- Nice cuts of romaine, great flavor in the dressing, great croutons, too much dressing
- Hangtown Fry- Nice oyster flavor, well cooked eggs, nice crispiness of topping, ham needed to be cut smaller
- San Francisco Cioppino- Great flavor in the broth, well cooked shellfish, nice grill marks on bread, nice cuts on vegetables, a bit more broth needed
- Chevre and Pistachio Wrapped in Filo- Nice flakiness to the filo, great flavor in the filling, filo needed to be folded tighter to keep filling in
- Dilled Carrot Soup- Great creaminess of the soup, great flavor, beautiful color, nice dill flavor, great garnish
- Kiwifruit and Grape Rice Pudding- Good flavor to the pudding, rice needed to be cooked in the milk rather than water, fruit had bad flavor, possible bad quality fruit
