- Deli Meats Tray-when making, use 50% turkey and even parts of beef and ham, try and add height when plating, it gives the appearance of more food and makes people feel more welcome, plate meats for easy removal
- Crudites Platter-nice plating, great sectioning of each product, great sauces to add flavor to the vegetables, nice use of the asparagus to add height to the tray, trim them a bit so they aren't too tall
- Cheese Tray-great cheese products, nice even cuts and sizes, fig jam was excellent!
- Fruit Platter-nice cuts on fruit, yogurt sauce was an excellent addition,
