Red Wines:
Montecillo Crianza 2000(Spain)- 100% Tempranillo grapes. Intense and tasty wine with extraordinary complexity. Outstanding flavors of licorice, and very ripe black fruits such as plum and blackberry. Pairs well with either white or red meats or oily fish such as sardines,tuna, and salmon.
Montecillo Reserva 1998(Spain)- 100% Tempranillo grapes. Full-bodied, very fruity with strong tannins. Very complex aroma of both red and black fruits, with hints of balsamic. Pairs well with barbecued meats, chicken and game birds. Also goes well with spicy dishes and strong cheeses such as Roquefort, Cabrales, and other blue cheeses.
Montecillo Gran Reserva 1995(Spain)- 100% Tempranillo grapes. Highly intense spicy and complex aromas with hints of black berries. Very powerful and lively spice in the mouth with elegant tannins. Pairs well with grilled or barbecued red meats and roasts. Also goes well with powerful highly cured cheeses.
Montecillo GR.91 Selec.Espec.(Spain)- 100% Temranillo grapes. Intense and elegant aromas of fresh fruits with subtle hints of oak. Long in the mouth with great lingering flavors in the finish. Pairs very well with any meats especially marinated and spicy dishes. Also goes well with more sophisticated dishes as the velvetiness helps to enhance their flavors.
Sherry: Pedro Ximenez 1827(Spain)- Pedro Ximenez grapes. Very aromatic with outstanding aromas of raisins. Very sweet. Great after dinner wine. Great stand alone wine but also pairs well with desserts.
Barton & Guestier 2005 Bistro Wine Pinot Noir Languedoc(France)- Simple, fun drinking, delicious wine that is soft and round on the palate. Full of ripe, wild berry flavors and aromas. Pairs well with mild flavored dishes.
Chateau Ste. Michelle Syrah 2007(Washington)- Soft, ripe Syrah with ripe berry flavors and aromas with hints of vanilla and brown sugar. An enjoyable and easy-to-drink red wine. Pairs well with beef, grilled salmon, and strongly flavored cheeses.
De Ireys Late Harvest Zinfandel 2007(California)- Aromas and flavors of black pepper, dried fruits, and fresh berries. Best paired with chocolate, desserts, or as an after dinner drink.
Irish Family Vineyards Petit Syrah 2006(California)- Sweet, soft and velvety. Great flavors and aromas of cherry, black cherry, French oak and vanilla. Pairs wonderfully with rich seafoods and meat dishes.
White Wines:
Montecillo Blanco 2002(Spain)- 100% Viura grapes. Very fruity with hints of pear, wild apple, and banana. Very aromatic. Great as an aperitif. Also pairs well with white fishes, seafood, rice and pastas.
Ficha de Cata(Italy)- Palomino and Chardonnay grapes. Young wine, un-aged. Clean, good amount of intensity with fruity notes. Pairs well with any type of fish, seafood, pasta and rice. Also goes well with ham and fresh cheeses.
Stella Pinot Grigio 2003(Italy)- 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. Clean, crisp flavors of citrus fruits. Pairs well with spicy stir fry dishes, cream sauce dishes, and well seasoned fish.
Barton & Guestier Chardonnay Vin De Pays 2005(France)- Delicate and Fruity with flavors and aromas of white peach, apricot, citrus, and mango. Rich distinctive taste. Pairs well with fish, chicken, pasta, and Asian cuisine.
Barton & Guestier Pouilly Fuisse(France)- Straw colored with golden highlights. Intense and elegant aromas with fruity notes. Vanilla and toasted bread overtones. Pairs well with fish, chicken, or lighter pastas.

Veuve Clicquot NV Brut Yellow Label Champagne(France)-Rich, creamy, and full of sweet citrus fruit. Full-bodied, and goes well with freshwater fish and delicate seawater fish.
Chateau Ste. Michelle Columbia Valley Muscat Canelli 2008(Washington)- Very aromatic and floral with inviting aromas of ripe pear and ginger. It’s sweet and fruity flavors are balanced by its light and refreshing quality. Pairs well with Asian foods, light desserts and fresh fruit.
